Nuts from the USA

 In the times I was still living in Tilburg (before 2005) I received all kind of unreal mail-art at the P.O. Box. The postal workers did their best to get things to the address even when it looked quite strange. A nice sample was the Peanuts I received in this plastic bag with address and postage on top of the enveloppe:

And as you can see the enveloppe arrived quite well in the P.O. Box.

Would something like this be possible in the modern times?
