Eeklo - Mail-Art DNC 1986

 In 1986 there was a quite unique concept in the mail-art network. Mail-Artists decided to meet eachother and call in a Decentralized Networking Congress (DNC).

I participated in a few, and these photo's are from one of the larger ones I visited.

There are lots of well known mail-artists on this photo. Alle came to Eeklo in Belgium
